Detailed responsibilities:
The Junior Clerk will be tasked with handling day-to-day office work including documentation, record maintenance, and data entry. The role also involves preparing reports, supporting senior officers with clerical tasks, and ensuring that office procedures run smoothly. Additionally, the candidate may assist in scheduling, filing, and coordinating communication within the department, maintaining accuracy and adherence to the department’s administrative policies.
Eligibility & Requirements:
Applicants must hold a graduation degree with at least a second division from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Candidates are also required to have completed a six-month certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education or Trade Testing Board. The age limit for this post is 21 to 28 years. Candidates must also pass the General Screening Test conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks.
